Russ + Mari

Being part of family weddings is always special to me, but I was especially honored when my Uncle Russ asked me to capture his wedding day last June. Thumper Pond is a gorgeous venue and it was the perfect setting for our family and Mari’s to gather and celebrate their love.

From getting ready early in the morning to dancing into the night, the day was full of joy and laughter – as you’ll be able to tell from the photos below. 😉 I’ve highlighted a few key moments, like my Aunt Dayna (the groom’s sister and 1/2 of the day’s officiants) dropping the microphone out of the stand during the ceremony and the bride retrieving it from the ground; Mari dropping a piece of cake into Russ’s cup after dinner, and lots of great dance moves as the night went on.
